XUEYAOSHIJI
XIANTIAN COLD CHAIN FRUIT STOREHOUSE

Kept Fresh,
Kept Fair,
From Cellar to Crate

Shaanxi Xueyaoshiji Trading Co., Ltd. runs an ice-cellar style storehouse in Hougou Village within the Qinchuan New Town area of Xi'an, where we hold mandarins, citrus and winter pears at a steady cold that guards their sugar and scent. Every lot is logged, tagged and turned on a strict cool-chain calendar so wholesale buyers and export partners can trust the season of each crate.

We welcome phone and email enquiries all year. Call us at +15808464073 or write to team@xueyaoshiji.mom to discuss a standing order.

WHO WE ARE

A Paper Tag on Every Lot of Winter Fruit

Shaanxi Xueyaoshiji Trading Co., Ltd. is a cold-chain produce business registered in China, with a working storehouse at No. 29, Group 1, Hougou Village, Zhengyang Subdistrict, Qinchuan New Town, Xixian New Area, Xi'an - 710000. We do not resell random boxes. We manage a real store room: goods arrive from orchards, pass through cold storage programs, and leave only after a paper tag records origin, pick week, temperature and destination.

Our specialty is the winter fruit table — mandarins, navel and leafy citrus, and pale winter pears — that northern households and export kitchens expect between October and April. Because the store operates like an old ice cellar, with thick walls, layered turning and frost breath kept away from the paper work, the fruit stays at its best longer than an ordinary warehouse can manage.

HOW WE WORK

Six Crafts in One Storehouse

Everything we promise on this site sits under one roof or one order book. Cold fruit is never a single step. It begins with Mandarin and Citrus Sourcing, moves through Cold Storage Programs, is grouped into Wholesale Fruit Lots, and depends on Orchard Direct Partnerships for the best rows. When cargo heads across borders we rely on Export Packing Lines, and when buyers need a whole season we publish Seasonal Produce Calendars so nobody guesses a pick week twice.

That is the honest shape of a modern fruit store house. You can read each craft in full on the services page.

FROST BREATH AT THE WALL

Six Crates on the Cellar Shelves

Each crate below is a working service of Shaanxi Xueyaoshiji Trading Co., Ltd. Lift the tag to read what a real order involves.

Origin Tag · Verus Orange

01 Mandarin and Citrus Sourcing

We buy straight from trusted groves across the warm valleys of the Xi'an hinterland and the southern citrus country, picking varieties that hold their brightness after a long cold sleep. Our sourcing team checks brix, rind firmness and calibre at the tree, so the mandarins that arrive at Hougou Village already carry a note of their sugar. Pummelos, tangerines, kumquats and winter oranges are grouped by sweetness and by the kitchen that will use them.

Hold Log · Cool Sleep

02 Cold Storage Programs

Keeping citrus whole over weeks needs discipline, not guesswork. We run cold storage programs that hold each pallet just above freezing, matched to the fruit, and we record the top and the depth of the pile. Air turns quietly, the stone walls of the cellar keep the swing small, and every few days we walk the rows to pull a fruit and check it. Cold storage lets a peach-eater land a mandarin in December and still find it firm in March.

Lot Card · Mixed Case

03 Wholesale Fruit Lots

Whole bakeries, hotels, juice houses and green grocers buy from us by the lot. A lot can be one clean ton of one variety, or a composed winter box with mandarins for the counter, oranges for juice and pears for the oven tray. We weigh on calibrated scales, number every case and hold the paperwork, so your invoice reads true against what is behind the tailgate. Wholesale lots move fast because the cold story is written down before the truck leaves.

Field Note · Orchard Rows

04 Orchard Direct Partnerships

We do not wait for the middleman. Our buyers sign season agreements with family orchards and state-run berry farms that grow the varieties we trust, and we walk the rows weeks before the harvest. That connection lets us reserve the best block while the fruit is still green, then pull it exactly when the sugar is right. Direct partnerships protect the grower with a promised floor price and protect us with a reliable, honest supply through the hardest part of winter.

Export Tally · Cold Seal

05 Export Packing Lines

When your carton must cross a border, sorting and packing become a science. Our export packing lines combine hand sorting by a careful team with a weigh-check and a cold seal on every carton, so temperatures are not broken at the last bend. We prepare phytosanitary notes, size grades and case marks that meet the read of the destination port. The mandarin that leaves Hougou Village is the same fruit, still cold, that a buyer opens across the sea.

Season Wall Calendar

06 Seasonal Produce Calendars

Good cold fruit is bought on a calendar, not a craving. We publish clear seasonal produce calendars so a kitchen manager knows when the mandarins of this valley end and the late oranges begin, and when the pale pears are at their sweetest sleep. Because our fridge is a running store, we can say plainly when a lot is open and when it is done. That honesty lets buyers plan a full winter menu without a single guess about a pick week.
